This project started with the removal of a mezzanine structure. Bathrooms were renovated, a warehouse office was constructed, and various repairs were completed at the concrete slab. The enire building was cleaned and painted. The project also involved the installation of an energy-efficient lighting system.
Provide heavy timber shoring under existing street in the central business district. Structural condition of the street is reviewed once a year for additional shoring work.

New construction of a 14,800 SF pharmaceutical laboratory within an existing warehouse. Construction included new pier foundations, structural steel, composite concrete deck and epoxy flooring throughout. Provided specialty ventilation systems, specialty gasses, and all final connections to lab fixtures.
