Preconstruction Services

Preconstruction services include any of the following: scheduling, initial budgeting, value engineering, and/or on-site services.

Scheduling
Kelly Construction will establish and maintain the schedule for the preconstruction services. All involved parties, including the architect, interior designers, testing services, subcontractors, Owner and Kelly Construction will provide the information necessary to develop the milestones and durations for the preconstruction schedule.

Budgeting and Value Engineering
Kelly Construction will provide budgeting services during the Schematic and Design Development phases of the design process. Our Value Engineering will help the design team achieve the desired design at the lowest cost by offering alternate materials or systems during the design process.

On Site Services
Kelly Construction will provide the necessary work on site to help the design team make decisions regarding existing conditions. Selective Demolition Work, as directed by the design team, may be required to verify existing conditions or dimensions. This Work may include any temporary systems/ protection as required, and any repairs to the same areas.


Construction Services

Construction services will include: staffing, scheduling, accounting, record keeping, and project closeout.

Kelly Construction will provide the necessary project management team and on-site labor to complete the project on time, within budget, and with the expected quality.


Safety

High quality work done safely is an ongoing commitment of Kelly Construction. We have an excellent safety record, due in part to mandatory bi-weekly safety training and frequent unscheduled safety audits by our in-house team and our insurance carrier.

Kelly Construction is a member of the Illinois Geothermal Alliance and has LEED accredited personnel on staff.

Renewable Energy Services

Site Review & Feasibility Study
Kelly Construction will conduct a Renewable Energy Sources Review of your site to evaluate the potential for geothermal, solar electric, solar thermal, wind energy or cogeneration. The Sources Review is followed by a feasibility study which includes a schematic design (including preliminary engineering), building and zoning code analysis, and project specific construction cost budgeting.

Engineering Design & Build
Kelly Construction will create a cost effective design to utilize renewable energy sources in a way that optimizes the investment payback.

Commissioning
Kelly Construction will ensure that the installed systems actually perform as promised and will provide the cost savings / expected payback.

Guaranteed Results
Kelly Construction offers an insurance policy that guarantees clients will realize certain minimum energy cost savings from their Renewable Energy Systems.
