My client, Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart (MSSH-IL), contracted with Kelly Construction to perform construction, replacement, and installation work at the National Shrine of Saint Frances Xavier Cabrini.
This was an extraordinarily complex project because the 2550 North Lakeview Condominium Development (under construction at the time) surrounds the National Shrine on all sides. Kelly Construction worked closely and in harmony with the Condominium’s general contractor, successfully avoiding conflicts, and enabling the project to proceed without interruption.
